That can be the only conclusion I can draw from its rejection of Fox's indecency appeal. They kicked it back because it was too long. So now they go to court.
As if that wasn't fun enough, now the Department of Justice is filing suit against FOX to get them to pay. All over an extremely stupid show.
As a side note to parent groups. If you are upset that your kids may be watching shows like "Married by America," start watching what your kids are doing and stop filling complaints with the FCC, it's not your nanny.
